Terms of service

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is older, and able to enter into a binding agreement.
• Give us accurate information when you create your account, and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else has used it, change your password and tell us right away.
• Each account is for one person. To work with others, invite them to your business instead of sharing a login.

A business in Componion has one owner and can have admins and members. The owner is responsible for the business in Componion, including who is on its team. Owners and admins can invite and remove teammates and manage connections. Everything in a business is shared with its team, except each person's chats with Sibuyas, which stay private to them.

An owner can offer ownership to a teammate. The teammate becomes the owner only if they accept.

"Your content" means everything you or your team put into Componion: business details, files, to-dos, drafts, notes, and chats.

• You own your content. These terms don't give us ownership of it.
• You give us permission to use it to run Componion. You allow us to store, copy, process, and display your content, and to send it to our service providers, only as needed to provide Componion to you and your team. This permission ends when your content is deleted, except for copies in backups, which are replaced over time.
• You're responsible for your content. Only upload and share content you have the right to use, and make sure it doesn't break the law or anyone else's rights.

Sibuyas uses AI to answer questions, suggest to-dos, and write drafts. AI can be wrong, out of date, or incomplete.

• Review what Sibuyas writes before you publish it, send it, or rely on it.
• Sibuyas isn't a lawyer, accountant, or financial or medical advisor. Its suggestions aren't professional advice.
• Sibuyas asks before it changes anything in your business. You decide what gets saved and what gets published, and you're responsible for what you publish.
• Drafts that Sibuyas writes for you are yours to use. Other people may get similar suggestions, because AI can produce similar text for similar requests.

Only check websites that you own or manage, or that you have permission to check. Our checkup tool, ComponionBot, reads a few public pages of the site, its robots.txt file, and its sitemap. Checkup scores and suggestions are there to help you. They aren't a promise of any search ranking, traffic, or sales.

Componion can connect to services run by other companies, such as Google and WordPress. When you connect one, you allow Componion to use it on your behalf as described in the connection screen and our Privacy policy. Those services have their own terms, and we're not responsible for them or for changes they make. Componion never posts to Google or social media on its own. When you connect WordPress, a draft goes to your site only when someone on your team clicks Publish. An owner or admin can disconnect a service at any time.

When you use Componion, don't:

• break the law, or help anyone else break it;
• upload content that you don't have the right to share, or that infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
• use Componion to write fake reviews, impersonate others, send spam, or mislead people;
• use Sibuyas to create content that is hateful, harassing, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful;
• upload viruses or other harmful code;
• try to get into another person's account or another business, or get around Componion's security, permissions, or plan limits;
• overload, disrupt, or scrape Componion, or use automated tools to create accounts or send requests;
• copy, sell, or resell Componion, or try to reverse engineer it, except where the law allows it.

We may remove content or limit access when we believe these rules have been broken.

• Everyone can use Componion on the Free plan. Each plan has monthly limits, such as Sibuyas messages, drafts, and website checkups, plus limits on team seats and file storage. The limits for each plan are shown on our pricing section and in Plan & usage. Monthly limits reset at the start of each month.
• Paid plans aren't open yet. Before we ever charge you, we'll show you the price and the billing terms, and you'll need to agree to them.
• We may change plans and their limits. If a change reduces what your current plan includes, we'll tell you in Componion before it takes effect.

We work hard to keep Componion running and useful, but we may add, change, or remove features, and Componion may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance. Features marked "coming soon" may change before they arrive, or may not arrive at all.

You can stop using Componion at any time. You can delete a business you own, or your whole account, from Settings > Danger zone.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we must do so by law, or if your use puts Componion, other people, or other businesses at risk. If we decide to stop offering Componion, we'll give you reasonable notice first, when we can, so you have time to copy what you need.

The sections of these terms that by their nature should keep applying after your access ends will keep applying, including the ones about your content, disclaimers, limits on liability, and disputes.

Componion, Sibuyas, our logos, and the software and design of the service belong to the operator of Componion and its licensors. These terms don't give you any right to use them, except to use Componion as these terms allow. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Componion is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise that Componion will always be available, error-free, or secure, or that its results, including anything Sibuyas writes and any checkup score, will be accurate or will lead to any particular outcome for your business.

To the fullest extent the law allows, neither the operator of Componion nor its service providers will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Componion, even if we were told they were possible.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to Componion is limited to the amount you paid us for Componion in the 12 months before the event that led to the claim.

Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full.

If someone brings a claim against us because of your content or because you broke these terms or the law, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim, to the extent the law allows.

If you have a problem with Componion, please contact us first. Most concerns can be solved quickly that way.

Which laws apply to these terms, and where a dispute is decided, depend on where the operator of Componion is established and on the laws that protect you where you live. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that you have under the laws of your country and that can't be changed by agreement.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in Componion or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using Componion after the change takes effect, you accept the updated terms. If you don't agree, stop using Componion and delete your account.

• These terms and our Privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Componion.
• If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
• If we don't enforce a part of these terms right away, we can still enforce it later.
• You can't transfer these terms to anyone else without our written permission. We may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Nothing in these terms makes you and us partners, employees, or agents of each other.
